About
Dear reader,
My name is Hudson, I’m twenty-three, and I’m from Southern California. Art has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and has followed me through every up and down in my life so far. My art style has changed quite a bit growing up surrounded by different lifestyles. Surfing, skateboarding, riding horses, and spending lots of time in the Santa Monica mountains around wildlife has inspired many past and previous works of mine. At twenty, working with equine struck my interest again after losing my mother to breast cancer. She was the one to started my obsession with horses and had many of her own growing up. I take pride in learning and working around western culture as it is a huge part in American history and a growing piece in my life. I draw most of my inspiration from the western community, Native American culture, and surf culture. I’ve found a love for linoleum block printing, watercolor and gouache, film photography, and many more mediums. I appreciate anyone reading this and thank you for supporting me!
